Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
Diploma in Human Resources or Related Field
Positive attitude with "can do"
Good Command of spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and customer-oriented personality

Job Description

To ensure the staff welfare are implement as per the expectation or standards set by the management fairly without any discrimination
To ensure all expatriate employees work permit and all the staff air tickets are being handle and coordinate effectively
To reveal the professionalism of HR team to all employees
To assist in recruitment and selection, separation process
To act as motivator / counselor for staff when needed
To ensure the employee accommodation conditions is always remain at satisfactory level as standard set by the management
To lead the Staff Activities and continuously suggest, plan, organize and coordinate staff recreation activities which not conflict with resort operations
To ensure employees remuneration related are being handle accurately as per the Employment Act and Company Policies
To assist the HR Manager to implement standards, rules & regulations, HR related projects continuously remain and improve safe, healthy, and cultural positive environment within the premises.
