Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and market research.
- Establish contact with potential clients and schedule meetings to present company products or services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to finalize deals and close sales successfully.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business or upselling.
- Track sales activities, manage client databases using CRM software, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to management while stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Work with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch products and interact with clients.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Empathy and focus on identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
