Job Description

Plan external audits.
Complete audit procedures by executing audit program.
Complete audit working papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
Reviewing of work done by Junior Associates.

Qualifications

Understanding of audit methodologies based on ISA & IFRS.
Ability to review and assess financial records/ accounting systems and identify and evaluate audit risks.
Strong skills in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to review complex financial data without overlooking critical details.
Ability to manage audit engagements independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Dhivehi.
Excellent people management skills with the ability to guide junior staff and work cohesively with the audit team and clients.
Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and embrace continuous learning and change.
High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
