Requirements & skills

Diploma in Sales, Admin, Business, or a related field.
Solid understanding of wholesale and retail activates.
Experience with MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms) is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage inventories. Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and customers.
Creative, results-oriented, and eager to stay updated on sales trends and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze the performance of retail strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and manage promotional events, campaigns, and activities to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify slow-moving products.
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement inventory stock purchasing plans to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
