Applicants Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Auditing or any related field with minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar field OR, Diploma in a related field with minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar field.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) or MBA would be an added advantage.
- Familiarization and in-depth knowledge of corporate governance practices in the banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal, external audit and management.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, a focus on data-centric decision-making, and the ability to tackle auditing challenges.
- Showcase strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high degree of computer literacy.
