Requirements
- O’ Level / Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Administration or any related discipline
- Relevant experience and/or knowledge in admin / govt related undertakings
- Computer literate especially in MS Office, Teams, & other related software
- Professional attitude and appearance with the positive approach
- Fluent in English & Dhivehi with excellent typing skills
- Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks and ready to travel
- Attendance & Punctuality at work with prompt responsiveness to phone calls
Responsibilities
- Provide with day-to-day administrative support, reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Managing personal diaries as well organizing meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for Directors.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Manage all Operations / Administrative tasks in the company including coordination with appropriate departments.
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Coordination with sites and ensure the requests are met on a timely basis.
- Manage deadlines and progress across the team.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Submit reports to the Management in all matters of importance.
