Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for elevator sales.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely project execution.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in elevators/construction industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
