Job Purpose

Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence and reputation.
Identify, evaluate, and manage community engagement opportunities that enhance brand visibility and impact.
Ensure all initiatives comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and CSR objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the value and outcomes of community engagement activities.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, NGOs, and other community stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or in a relevant field.
Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong background in planning and executing community programs and sponsorship activations.
