Looking for Arabic Speaking / German Speaking / Russian Speaking Host
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to Front of House Manager/ Guest Services Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Reporting to Front of House Manager/ Guest Services Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Attend arrival / departures of guests and take care of guest requests
- Acting as a language specialist and translating representative of front office
- Liaise with guests to ensure their well-being, comfort and satisfaction is exceeded.
- Liaise with departments to ensure a courteous and efficient service is provided.
- Be fully conversant with all health & safety, fire and emergency procedures of the resort.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in the same position in a 5-star resort environment
- Expert in Opera, Outlook and MS Office Suite
- Completed Butler Service Training is highly preferred
- Fluent in English language.
- Physically presentable, outgoing, highly adaptable
