Requirements

O’ Level / A’ Level / Degree, Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Administration
Proven record of 3-5 years’ experience as Inventory, Logistics & Supply.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot with high level of expertise.
Good communication skills & computer proficiency / logistics software.

Responsibilities

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Performs inbound/outbound receipts. Create delivery receipts and packing slips. Unpack, pack, load and store in the appropriate manner.
Ensuring products are delivered to the correct location on time and at the best cost.
Manage unloading deliveries from trucks; Unload material from incoming shipments.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments.
Overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods throughout the supply chain.
Coordinating transportation and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize logistics operations.
Handle the movement and storage of supplies in a company, including stock levels, transportation costs, and delivery times, supervising staff.
Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods in warehouse. Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments.
Organize the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods.
Provide regular reports and insights to management.
