Key Responsibilities
- Product & Campaign Validation – Perform post-launch checks to ensure billing, charging, and provisioning align with defined business rules.
- Data Reconciliation – Analyze and reconcile CDRs, billing, and provisioning records to detect anomalies and revenue leakage.
- Incident Management – Identify, investigate, and escalate revenue leakage, system misconfigurations, or process gaps for timely resolution.
- Analytics & Insights – Develop dashboards, reports, and provide data-driven insights to support revenue assurance and business decisions.
- System & Automation Support – Maintain and enhance RAFM tools (e.g., Subex ROC), SQL queries, and automation logic to strengthen RA controls.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
