Candidate profile
- University graduate in Hotel Management or other related area
- 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a 5 star resort/Hotel
- WSET 1and 2 certified preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual, preferably European language (Italian / Spanish)
- Excellent Beverage Knowledge
Job Description
- Create special beverage and wine offers, degustation, wine dinners, and cocktail and drink promotions and to compel guest’s attention to the incredible beverage experience.
- Maximizing revenue through increased sales and efficient cost management
- To crate, maintain, and periodically update the Beverage and winelist to ensure beverage offerings that meets the needs of the resort
- Ability to supervising wine serving, collaborating with winemakers to upgrade selections
- Ability to interact with guest throughout the F&B outlets on their wine choices
- Ability to host wine & champagne dinners, wine tasting events, and different activities to drive revenue.
- Ability to conduct wine training session
- Ensure that proper inventory, requestions and control system are in place to maintain security and cost control of all the beverage operations areas.
