Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree I Master’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Administration
Proven record of 3-5 years’ experience as Inventory / Warehouse Manager.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High competence to motivate and handle the Inventory team as a whole.
Good communication skills & computer proficiency / logistics software.

Responsibilities

Devising systems to optimize and improve inventory control procedures.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Develop policies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
Administer counting and/or using computerized inventory monitoring / supply chain software tools to track stock levels accurately.
Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Conducting regular cycle counts or stocktakes to determine available inventory levels.
Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments. Overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods throughout the supply chain.
Handle the movement and storage of supplies in a company, including stock levels, transportation costs, and delivery times, supervising staff.
Organize the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods.
Provide regular reports and insights to management.
