Roles and Responsibilities

Provide leadership in managing hospital operations, facilities, and support services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and other areas, to ensure smooth functioning of clinical and administrative departments and a positive experience for patients and visitors.
Collaborate with department heads to enhance the quality and efficiency of support services across the hospital.
Manage and oversee the Security, Transport, and Logistics departments.
Manage the day-to-day work/operations of other hospital areas
Ensure effective implementation of quality improvement initiatives, including regular assessment of patient satisfaction.
Ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, visitors, and other stakeholders through robust safety measures and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate preventive, curative, and other essential hospital services in collaboration with relevant teams.

Requirements

Minimum diploma in Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
