Key Responsibilities
- Lead Administration, HR, Finance oversight, and Procurement coordination for the company.
- Implement and enforce corporate policies.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource planning in collaboration with Finance.
- Oversee staff-related matters including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR compliance, and employee development.
- Maintain corporate records, licenses, insurance, and facility management.
- Drive digital initiatives to improve HR, finance, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate corporate functions with operations to support business performance
- Act as a central point of escalation for operational and administrative issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate administration, operations management, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and drive process improvements.
