Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Administration, HR, Finance oversight, and Procurement coordination for the company.
  • Implement and enforce corporate policies.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource planning in collaboration with Finance.
  • Oversee staff-related matters including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR compliance, and employee development.
  • Maintain corporate records, licenses, insurance, and facility management.
  • Drive digital initiatives to improve HR, finance, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate corporate functions with operations to support business performance
  • Act as a central point of escalation for operational and administrative issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate administration, operations management, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and drive process improvements.
