Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all real estate properties.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and assign tasks to facility staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Plan and supervise building installations, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance.
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and reports.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in property management or a related role.
- Proficiency in project management tools and applications.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
- Excellent leadership, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Physically capable of handling demanding tasks.
