Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Captain’s License/Certificate of Competency (as required by Maldives Maritime Authority).
- Well experienced operating supply boats or similar vessels.
- Strong knowledge of maritime navigation, safety procedures, and vessel maintenance.
- Leadership and crew management skills.
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions in emergency situations.
- First aid and basic firefighting certification preferred.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years
