We are looking for a passionate and energetic people to join our team.!

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities at assigned sites.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff to achieve project goals.
Report site progress, challenges, and requirements to management on a regular basis.
Ensure resources are used efficiently and site operations run
smoothly.
Address and resolve issues that may arise during site work.
Travel across the Maldives to inspect, monitor, and support site operations.
Age between 35 – 50 years.

Education

Minimum GCE O’ Level.
Computer literate.
Ability and willingness to travel to all project sites across the Maldives.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in site supervision, operations, or a related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare and maintain reports and site documentation.-
Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
