Candidate profile

Diploma in hospitality or relevant field, and with previous experience in 5-star hotels in similar position.
Has excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS application and OPERA.
Possess warm, charming, and friendly personality.
Enthusiastic to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Job Description

Ensure and maintain an active presence in the lobby to greet and assist guests.
Handle check-in and check-out efficiently.
Check registration card information and update the system of any guest request/feedback received during check-in.
Handle guest inquiries or requests in a polite and efficient manner.
Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Proactively get feedback from guest prior departure.
