Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle internal and external communication, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors.
- Oversee and organize company records and filing systems.
- Assist with basic HR functions like onboarding new employees and managing leave requests.
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
- Support marketing activities such as social media content scheduling and managing promotional materials.
Requirements
- Maldivian Nationality
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- A relevant diploma or certification in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Dhivehi and English is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
