Key Responsibilities

  • ​Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • ​Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • ​Handle internal and external communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • ​Maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors.
  • ​Oversee and organize company records and filing systems.
  • ​Assist with basic HR functions like onboarding new employees and managing leave requests.
  • ​Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
  • ​Support marketing activities such as social media content scheduling and managing promotional materials.

​Requirements

  • Maldivian Nationality
  • ​Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • ​A relevant diploma or certification in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • ​Fluency in both Dhivehi and English is essential.
  • ​Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • ​Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • ​A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • ​Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
