Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in learning and development, with exposure to digital platforms.
- Strong organizational and content management skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Go1, Moodle, Cornerstone).
- High attention to detail and a fast, execution-oriented working style.
Skills
- Experience with leadership development or culture transformation projects.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks or behavioral evaluation tools.
- Prior work experience in hospitality, logistics, or diversified businesses is a plus.
