Requirements

Diploma in Business or Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field
Minimum 1 year work experience of Sales, Marketing or in a related field
Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadline
Pleasant personality

Responsibilities

Sell insurance products by establishing contact with prospective clients and make timely follow ups
Prepare and Issue quotation for customers, conducting necessary surveys and negotiate with customer in liaison with the Underwriting department and Customer Service department in offering terms required by the customer
Represent the Company in sales trips, campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, or fairs to promote products and generate leads.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service for customers maintaining high standards of customer service
Participate, assist and accomplish any other work if requested by immediate Supervisor and/or Head of Section and Senior Management
