Job Description
- Overall in charge, and responsible for the Sales Operation of the Company (Retail outlets and Wholesale).
- Lead and deliver Life Support division sales targets, monitor performance and implement corrective action plans to address variances.
- Strategically manage wholesale and retail performance standards to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales forecasting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Drive Reach & Frequency, Call Effectiveness, and Field Force KPIs across all product portfolios.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate in-store promotions and merchandising initiatives aligned with Life Support brand guidelines.
- Manage trade and merchandising budgets efficiently and align spending to performance and ROI metrics.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and act on emerging market trends and customer needs to capture new business opportunities.
- Oversee recruitment, development, and performance of the national sales team and merchandising staff.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as brand ambassador internally and externally, maintaining credibility with healthcare institutions, trade channels, and regulatory bodies.
- Report to the Managing Director and provide insights to the Board of Directors as needed.
- Any other task assigned by MD, or board of Directors.
