Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing inventory, cash, sales and providing customer services at local sales outlets.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Manage and instruct sales officers, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
Ensure promotions are accurate and handled to the company’s standards.
Maintain shop's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Prepare sales slips receipts and order products to the Logistic Dept. in their requested order forms within the schedule allocation.

Qualifications

Professional qualification related to the Business Management field will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3- 5 yrs proven working experience in a similar role is a must.
Excellent communication skills in Divehi / English.
Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications.
