Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Planning - Contribute to corporate and commercial strategy, develop acquisition roadmaps, and finalize annual budgets in collaboration with Finance.
- Acquisition & Growth Execution - Drive Mobile & FBB acquisition strategies, campaigns, and Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives while ensuring effective cross-selling, upselling, and customer-centric growth.
- Performance & KPI Management - Set and monitor KPIs, track acquisition quality and portfolio growth, and implement corrective actions to meet targets across customer segments and geographies.
- Team Leadership & Development - Lead, coach, and inspire the team through performance management, training, and engagement programs to build a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Focus - Work closely with Customer Service, B2B, Marcom, PR, Networks, and Analytics teams to optimize acquisition strategies, enhance customer experience, and deliver continuous business growth.
Qualification Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferably MBA
