Key Responsibilities
- Billing Systems Operations & Maintenance: Lead O&M activities for Billing core systems, including PCRF/DPI (on-prem & cloud), ensuring QoS, KPI, and system availability targets are met.
- System Upgrades & Service Deployment: Forecast, plan, and implement system upgrades, expansions, and new solutions/services within the Billing domain.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure timely deployment of system/security patches, compliance with Billing and IT security standards, and manage vulnerability fixes.
- Infrastructure & Application Management: Oversee deployment and setup of Windows/Linux servers, applications, backups, and troubleshooting within defined timelines.
- Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor system health, resource utilization, logs, and performance. Perform preventive maintenance and provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Qualification Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
