Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to classroom educators
- Design and oversee curriculum planning and implementation
- Model best teaching practices and mentor junior staff
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child’s development
- Monitor educational goals and ensure compliance with preschool standards and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of preschool teaching experience
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in an educational setting
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of child development and learning frameworks
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and support a team
- Organizational and planning proficiency
