Key Responsibilities
- Provide Multichannel Support – Assist customers via digital (chat, email, social media) and non-digital (phone, in-person) channels.
- Address Inquiries & Troubleshoot Issues – Respond accurately to product/service queries and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain Clear Communication – Ensure professional, empathetic, and effective customer interactions.
- Document & Escalate Cases – Log all interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Stay Updated on Products & Policies – Maintain current knowledge to deliver accurate and informed support.
Qualification Requirements
- O’ Level standard or equivalent qualification
