Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing Schemes of Work based on the syllabus
- Planning and preparing lessons according to the monthly plan
- Identifying educational needs of each child, based on past performance and periodic evaluations
- Delivery of lessons with appropriate strategies to ensure that the learning needs of each individual learner are met
- Strengthening educational goals for each child through methodology, interventions and remediation
- Marking student attendance within one hour of the session start time
- Receiving students at the beginning of the session
- Be with the students during interval and lunch period
