Responsibilities

Assist in creating engaging content across social media, blogs, email, and the website.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to boost reach and impact.
Assist in planning and promoting events, handling logistics, vendors, and post-event analysis.
Support community engagement through grassroots marketing efforts.
Help design and adapt visuals like ads, brochures, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
Contribute to public relations, media activities, and internal communications.
Manage and update social media and website with timely, relevant content.
Assist with documentation, finance support, and compiling marketing performance reports.

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing or 2+ years of experience in a similar role with strong marketing knowledge.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Familiar with Adobe Suite, marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Creative, proactive, and fluent in both Dhivehi and English.
