General Requirements
- Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Critical Care Medicine
- Board Certified / Unencumbered License or registration from home country
- Minimum 5 years experience of Intensive Care post Specialization
- Should be well versed with all aspects of Intensive care
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal relations, communications, and demeanor
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Job Specification
- Management of a broad spectrum of conditions common among critically ill medical and surgical patients
- Performs and/or supervises technical procedures used in the intensive care setting
- Attend ICU rounds with consulting staff as required and be available to discuss patient treatment plans
- Provide a 24-hour medical service within the hospital on an on-call basis
- Manages ICU patients under the instructions of consultants, or independently, based on privileges granted
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of Department or by Medical Director
