Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree I Master’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Administration
Proven record of 5+ years’ experience in Retail Management (preferably a mix of F&B, FMCG, hardware, vehicle parts).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High competence to motivate, supervise, support and manage retail teams in person and also in island locations remotely.
Good communication skills & computer proficiency / logistics software.
ERP familiarity, Dynamics 365 experience preferred plus good knowledge of Shopify & Stocky.
Strategically identify, plan and manage products for sale in different locations. Develop methods to reduce costs and maximize revenue.
Oversee inventory tracking system to record orders, sales and stock levels.
Oversee stock counts/auditing and using computerized inventory monitoring / supply chain software tools to reflect stock levels accurately.
Analyze daily sales and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Oversee the efficient movement and storage of goods throughout the sales network.
Oversee the safe, suitable and efficient storage of goods, particularly but not limited to goods with short shelf lives, requiring specific storage conditions (F&B).
Ensure strict adherence to FIFO principle, manage and report expired or soon-to-expire item accordingly.
Provide regular reports, ideas/suggestions, and insights to Management.
