Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate inventory of all vehicles, equipment and tools, their condition and usage
- Collaborating with management to forecast equipment needs for upcoming projects
- Implementing a Check-In and Check-Out System
- Planning equipment maintenance
- Ordering replacement parts and managing repair schedules
- Ensuring equipment meets safety standards and industry regulations
- Investigation equipment accidents and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring equipment meets safety standards and industry regulations
- Other works that may be necessary
Requirements
- Able to work long hours and have no reservations in working at project sites outside Male'
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office
- Being an Ex-Serviceman (Police/MNDF/any other such entity) or experience in a related field will be an added advantage
