Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and optimize telecom infrastructure (antennas, towers, and equipment) safely and efficiently in compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including brief reports and as-built drawings after installations.
- Achieve maintenance and installation KPIs, including cost-effective delivery and routine maintenance targets.
- Uphold safety and tidiness standards, taking precautions against hazards and maintaining clean workstations and sites.
- Properly manage and maintain company assets, including tools, test equipment, and reporting any damages.
