We are seeking a diligent and proactive Credit Control Assistant to join our team at the Sheesha Installment Office in Male’. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a keen interest in Credit Management.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or GCE A’ level 2 passes or O’ level 4 passes
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Thoroughly aware of Microsoft office package.
- Ability to cooperate & work as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively update and maintain records of overdue customer accounts and ensure databases are accurate and up to date.
- Send timely payment reminders to customers through SMS, email, or phone calls.
- Monitor assigned accounts to find and follow up on unpaid debts
- Take appropriate action, as outlined in the agreement terms, to recover unpaid amounts, including issuing formal notices.
