We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Manager to join our team at the Sheesha L. Gan Outlet. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professionalism in handling difficult situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational activities related to the outlet and take actions to run the operation smoothly.
- Follow established policies and procedures to achieve the service standard set for the outlet.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Monitor and optimize the cycle registration and delivery process.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments and government agencies as needed.
- Facilitate training for new hires and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide monthly assessments of departmental targets and performance.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and prepare sales forecasts.
- Manage and guide subordinates to accomplish objectives effectively.
