Job Description
- Handle tough customer issues and escalate critical cases. Drive complaint reduction via root cause fixes and process improvements.
- Manage daily operations: staff scheduling, leave, briefings, and monitor complaints and refunds to meet SLAs.
- Ensure queries are answered within set standards for quality and achieve CSAT targets.
Qualification & Experience
- A' level or Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar role.
