Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead organization-wide HR policy development, review, and enforcement.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for all companies.
- Champion a strong performance management and employee engagement culture.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements across all HR practices.
- Supervise HR risk management, internal audits, and policy compliance initiatives.
- Guide leadership development, training, and employee development strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
- Oversee expatriate workforce strategy, staffing levels, and quota alignment.
- Represent HR in executive meetings and support organizational restructuring and transformation.
- Provide direction and mentorship to the HR Manager and the broader HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
