Responsibilities

Make sure passengers are transferred to their destination safely as per the government laws and company policies
Follow and act according to the schedules and instructions provided by the operation unit.
Report to operation department if there is any fault, defects and anything odd noticed on engine and electrical appliances of the Vessel
Report all accidents and damages soon as noticed to operations unit and follow their instructions to remedy the situation.
Ensure all the documentations, licenses, and safety navigation equipment’s are in place and in working condition before embarking on any trip on the vessel.
Ensure passengers and crew safety.
liaise, coordinate and cooperate with the operations staff for effective operations
Maintain all records and logbook of Vessel eg: Trip Information, Boat running hours, fuel, spares etc…
Make sure crews are well behaved while on duty
Encourage crew for quality service, customer care and make sure crews are in proper company uniform and hygiene.
Ensure crew attends to customers/passengers needs
Make sure there is sufficient, fuel, water, spares, … before embarking on any trip on the vessel
Ensure the vessel is operated in accordance with the company policies and the laws and regulations laid out by the government
Instruct crews to maintain cleanliness of the vessel.
Perform all tasks assigned by the manager as requested

Minimum Requirements

Must have Speedboat Operating License.
A good command of both verbal and written communication of English language and ability to multitask, work under pressure and have strong problem-solving ability.
Experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
