Job Description

Resolve guest complaints effectively and ensure corrective measures are taken to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Manage daily housekeeping operations, including staff allocation, key management, and routine inspections, while assisting with budget preparation and emergency procedures.
Supervise housekeeping staff, ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, and oversee departmental training and grooming standards.
Facilitate communication between housekeeping and other departments, manage inventory and supplies, and handle repairs and maintenance requests.
Adhere to resort policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards, and participate in initiatives for service improvement and workplace safety.
