Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI Design: Drive all UX efforts for the Dhiraagu App, ensuring alignment with brand and product vision.
- User Research & Journey Mapping: Conduct research, create personas, and map end-to-end customer journeys.
- Prototyping & Testing: Design, prototype, and test features and flows using tools like Figma/Adobe XD.
- In-App Engagement: Plan and execute in-app campaigns including onboarding, gamification, and offers.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use A/B testing and behavioral analytics to validate and iterate on design decisions.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's in UI/UX Design, HCI, or related discipline
- Master’s or certs in UX preferred
