Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the resort segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resort purchasing teams, F&B managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular visits to resort clients across the Maldives to generate new business and strengthen partnerships.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations with resort clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new products and seasonal offerings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent VB Brothers at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or resort supply industry.
- Strong understanding of the Maldives resort market and tourism supply chain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management software (CRM systems).
- Willingness to travel frequently to resort islands.
- Strong leadership, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
