General Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field
- Registered at a Licensing Authority
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
Job Specification
- Assessment, plan, treatment and follow-up on guests as prescribed by the doctors
- Clinical documentation and liaise with medical practitioners on guest progress
- Help guests and their families to cope with the recovery process
- Keep up to date guest records detailing all therapy provided
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times
- Develop a culture of high quality, safety, efficiency and efficacy of patient care
- Assist HOD on day to day operations, monthly roster preparation, issue expense report, store & consumable auditing, meal count, clinical quality indicator documents, census report and clinical statistics report
- Assist HOD on other assigned works as per need from time to time
