Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full onboarding process of expatriate employees, including coordination of work permit applications, medical clearance, insurance enrollment, and visa processing via the Xpat System.
- Support in administrative tasks such as bank account opening, passport renewals (particularly for Bangladeshi and Indian nationals).
- Handle general HR documentation, data entry, and employee record maintenance.
- Communicate with external entities, including ministries and agencies, to ensure smooth processing of HR-related matters.
- Provide internal support to staff and management with day-to-day HR queries.
Requirements
- Completed GCE A Level or equivalent. Relevant HR or administrative experience will be a strong advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a human resource or administrative role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
- Bank account opening procedures for the major banks in Maldives
- Passport renewal processing for Bangladeshi and Indian nationals
- Maldives Xpat System for expatriate management
- Work permit medicals and insurance handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English, Dhivehi, and basic
- understanding of Hindi is highly desirable.
- A valid motorcycle license and access to a motorbike is an added advantage.
