We are looking for a passionate and energetic people to join our team.!

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of HR analytics frameworks and dashboards.
Manage end-to-end data processes including data collection, cleaning, integration, analysis, and visualization.
Provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, productivity, and compensation.
Collaborate with other departments and HR Business Partners to define KPIs and track HR initiatives.
Develop and maintain interactive reports for HR leadership using tools like Power BI, Excel and other analytical tools.
Guide data governance and ensure HR data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
Supervise the team within the section, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Stay updated on emerging HR analytics practices and tools to improve HR decision-making.
Lead and Manage the Performance Management Section when required.
Lead special projects related to workforce planning, organizational development, or digital HR transformation.
Any other task assigned by the Division.

Minimum Requirements

MNQF Level 7 in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or in a related field with 4-year experience OR
MNQF Level 5 qualification in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or in a related field with 5 years' experience
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SPSS..etc).
Strong understanding of HR processes, KPIs, and HRIS systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
