Your Role

  • Deliver professional, clear, and courteous communication
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service
  • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records

What You Bring

  • Age 25+ 
  • Diploma in Business Administration, or related field 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Call Centre or Customer Service field
OR 
  • Minimum 3 O-Level passes (English, Dhivehi & Math) 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Call Centre or Customer Service field
  • Healthcare experience? Even better!

What We Offer

  • Salary: MVR 9,500–13,500 (Based on experience)
  • Sales commission and Medical insurance after probation
