Your Role
- Deliver professional, clear, and courteous communication
- Resolve customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records
What You Bring
- Age 25+
- Diploma in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Call Centre or Customer Service field
OR
- Minimum 3 O-Level passes (English, Dhivehi & Math)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Call Centre or Customer Service field
- Healthcare experience? Even better!
What We Offer
- Salary: MVR 9,500–13,500 (Based on experience)
- Sales commission and Medical insurance after probation
