Job Purpose
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct learning needs assessments and support the creation of development plans
- Support the execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across departments
- Track training metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions
- Champion digital learning tools and promote self-directed learning opportunities
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management.
- Familiarity with learning platforms, LMS tools, and digital learning trends
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for developing others
