Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the development team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex software solutions
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development processes, and documentation
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them where appropriate
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Coordinate with HOD for deployment and monitoring
Minimum Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in [PHP, MySQL , JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.]
- Extensive experience with [Angular, Laravel]
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
