Job role
- Lead all UX design efforts for Dhiraagu App and ensure consistency with brand and product vision.
- Plan and execute user research, journey mapping, and persona creation.
- Prototype and test customer journeys and new features using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Design and run in-app engagement campaigns (e.g., onboarding, Gamification, special offers, alerts etc).
- Validate flows through A/B tests and behavior data; iterate based on feedback.
- Support segment managers and dev teams in translating ideas into pixel-perfect execution.
- Advocate accessibility and user-centered design standards across digital products.
- Stay updated with telco trends, mobile UI/UX, and digital engagement strategies.
Experience in the function
- 3+ years in UX/UI design with mobile focus.
- Experience with UX research, behavioral analytics, and app lifecycle engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in UI/UX Design, HCI, or related discipline
- Master’s or certs in UX preferred
