Candidate profile
- With TRX Certification
- Certified Physical Fitness, Aerobics, Aqua Gym, and any other fitness oriented activities
- With minimum 2 yrs of experience in the same role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Commitment to personal health and fitness.
- Experience in luxury resorts is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
Job Description
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the training room and equipment.
- Assist guests with personalized training programs and maintain their training history.
- Conduct fitness assessments and health screenings.
- Provide professional exercise guidance and correct techniques as needed.
- Ensure music equipment and the aerobics studio are well-maintained.
- Distribute towels and ensure safety by promptly cleaning up spills.
- Assist with spa reception operations when required.
- Record and maintain data.
- Comply with international audit standards.
